I know it’s hard to keep up with workouts and healthy eating. It’s hard to start over too. A lot of people say: If you’re tired of starting over, stop giving up.
Put small goals and try to reach it. Like first day try not to eat chocolate and except chocolate eat some fruits or something like that. So set goal, make plan, get to work, stick to it and you’ll achieve it. For me, it’s easier to get myself to workout and eat healthy through inspirational quotes.
The beginning is always the hardest, but later it’ll become your habit.
